Job: Outdoor Specialty Sales Associate

Appalachian Outfitters, northern Ohio’s premier outdoor specialty store, is accepting resumes sales associates. You MUST be available to work evenings and MOST weekends, including some holidays. If you are unable to work most weekends, please do not apply.  Successful candidates will have 1 to 3 years of prior retail experience, as well as a love of the outdoors. Extensive experience in camping, backpacking, paddle sports, climbing, or fly fishing, and an understanding of associated gear and apparel is MANDATORY.  These opening are for 15 – 20 hours per week to start, with potential for full time. You must be able to handle multiple customers and tasks in the high energy, fast paced environment.
