Springtime Wildflowers 101

Want to learn how to identify trees and wildflowers? Review what is and isn’t a plant, why certain plants grow here, plat characteristics and identification, and then go on a field trip to test your new skills. We are partnering with the Cleveland Natural History Museum to offer a special class: Springtime Wildflowers 101. This course will be taught by Stanley Stine, a naturalist with the Cleveland Natural History Museum. The class will take place at the store and then will be followed by a short hike in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The maximum number of participants for the class is 20 people. There is a fee of $5 that will be given as a donation to the Cleveland Natural History Museum. Make sure to Bring basic North American tree and wildflower field guides to the class. To reserve your spot call the store at 330-655-5444.
