End-User License Agreement
Appalachian Outfitters — internal QuickBooks apps: TallySoft Daily Journal Poster and Receiving Reconciler. Effective date: September 29, 2026 (first published August 17, 2026).
1. Scope
This Agreement governs two private internal applications developed and operated by Appalachian Outfitters for its own use: the TallySoft Daily Journal Poster and the Receiving Reconciler (each "the App"). Neither App is distributed, sold, or licensed to the public or to any third party.
2. License
Each App is licensed for internal use by Appalachian Outfitters and its authorized staff only. The Journal Poster posts daily accounting journal entries to Appalachian Outfitters' own QuickBooks Online company. The Receiving Reconciler reads vendor bills and their attached invoices in that company, checks them against goods received in Appalachian Outfitters' point-of-sale system, and attaches receiving records to those bills. No other use is granted.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Apps remain with Appalachian Outfitters. Access to QuickBooks Online is provided under Intuit's applicable terms of service.
4. Acceptable Use
Authorized users will use the Apps only for their intended bookkeeping purposes and will not attempt to use them to access any company data other than Appalachian Outfitters' own.
5. No Warranty
The Apps are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Appalachian Outfitters is responsible for reviewing the entries, checks, and attachments the Apps produce.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Apps are used at Appalachian Outfitters' own risk, and no liability is assumed for any indirect or consequential loss arising from their use.
7. Termination
Access may be revoked at any time by disconnecting an App from within QuickBooks Online, which ends that App's authorization.
