I work as an axe throwing coach at an axe throwing venue and I also participate in one of our regular leagues. I had been on the hunt for a quality full size axe for a while but as with any other high quality item I was unable to find anything that didn't cost a small fortune. So as a result I was "stuck" with a run of the mill off the shelf cheap felling axe. This was until a coworker suggested that I look into another company located in Canada long story short, thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic it got held up at the border. After a few weeks of no updates the company just refunded my money and didn't tell me anything or even attempt to contact me in anyway. Well thanks to another coworker who had purchased the same axe from Appalachian outfitters I purchased an axe of my very own. I must say that the experience from start to finish was incredible and the axe is exactly as advertised on the website. It is a beautiful piece. I will definitely be ordering from Appalachian outfitters in the future and most definitely recommend them. You guys are awesome.
