Helle Eggen 12C27

The Eggen is one of Helle's most sought after products. This past fall they added the Eggen 12C27 ? same design and feel, now with the option of a non-laminated blade. 

The choice between 12C27 and H3LS (laminated) all comes down to how you want to use your knife.

Sandvik 12C27 offers a different feel to the blade with its stiffer flex. The fully hardened blade (since it is not laminated) can also be converted to having a sharp spine, for all of you who want to use the knife with a ferro rod. 

The Eggen 12C27 has a beautiful handle, crafted from one piece of selected curly birch, carefully sanded and polished by hand to a satin finish. The handle has a well-proportioned finger guard for safety. 

The Eggen 12C27 comes with a black sheath in genuine leather with silver stitching to match the aluminum butt at the end of the handle.
