Kareline® Natural Fibre Composite: Custom-made material for Kupilka. Carbon neutral production, manufactured in Finland. It consists of 50 % softwood-based fibres from the certified Finnish forests and 50 % food-grade polyolefins. BPA-free material.

Sustainable and ethical products.

Carbon neutral production: The study was performed in accordance with the main principles of ISO 14040 and ISO 14044.

All waste flows of the production phase are re-used. The wood for the material comes from the certified forests in Finland. We use EKOenergy and electricity from own solar panels. Heating of the factory is performed using waste heat flows and carbon neutral electricity.

Each item ages beautifully yet keeping its qualities. You can check how fresh the product is from its wooden scent - the stronger the scent, the newer the product!

At the end of their long-life span, the products can be recycled, incinerated for heat energy, or returned to the manufacturer for re-use.
